Information you submit

Our form collects your name, email, optional phone number, project city, state, ZIP, roofing topic, and optional project description. We also record the submission time, request page, your permission to contact and share for the project, and basic technical request information.

The manual service

We use the information to review your project, contact you, and look for an independent roofing provider. If you authorize sharing through the form, we may pass your contact and project details to a provider we identify to help with that request.

Roofing Hound does not charge for introductions or sell leads through this manual service. Providers operate independently and handle information shared with them under their own practices. Do not include payment details, insurance account numbers, or other sensitive account information in the form.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored using Supabase, and the website is hosted on Vercel. We restrict access to lead data. Your details are not displayed in the public provider directory.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page use and form completion. Google may use cookies and collect usage or device information. We do not send form names, emails, phone numbers, free-text project details, or lead identifiers to analytics. Read Google’s partner-site information for its practices.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests

Email us. We will review requests about information retained by Roofing Hound. If your details have already been shared with an independent provider, contact that provider about its copy as well.
